Metabase, Looker Studio, Power BI are strong products, but they are packaged for bigger companies than small business and other small teams. That makes a smaller, self-hosted wedge in dashboard / report builder unusually easy to explain.

Why this wins: Replaces recurring Metabase spend with a boring self-hosted alternative for small business and other small teams.

Scope cut: Skip semantic layer and warehouse modeling in v1.
